Rico Cady was created in January 2014 as a management tool for a mom and pop property management business. Since inception, it has evolved to include special construction endeavors and accommodation for charitable giving.
The name comes from a mash-up of the letters from the first names of the Stauffer family who own and operate the business.
rico-cady owns and manages a small group of downtown Coeur d'Alene housing units catering to singles and couples.
